Clearlight is equipped to support high-volume glass fabrication while maintaining consistent quality and reliable lead times. Integrated production systems, automated cutting optimization, and coordinated workflows allow us to efficiently process large quantities of glass across multiple product types. Tempered glass is glass that has been treated by heat or chemicals to increase its strength. Tempered glass has many benefits, such as safety, which makes it popular and used in many homes and commercial building projects.
Insulated glass minimizes heat and cold transfer, making it versatile and energy-efficient. Clearlight Glass & Mirror specializes in making insulated glass units, including curved or beveled applications, and can custom make insulated glass in various sizes, shapes, and thicknesses.
Clearlight works with a range of glass coatings and tints to support performance, appearance, and energy efficiency requirements. These include Low-E coatings used in insulated glass units, as well as tinted glass options for glare reduction, privacy, and aesthetic control. Low-emissivity (Low-E) glass is coated with a microscopically thin metallic layer designed to reflect heat while allowing visible light to pass through. Laminated glass is produced by bonding multiple layers of glass together with an internal interlayer under heat and pressure. Clearlight offers digital printing directly on glass using ceramic frit technology. Designs, patterns, or images are printed using glass-based pigments and then fused into the surface during tempering. This creates a permanent, durable finish that will not peel, fade, or scratch off with cleaning or regular use. Digital printing is ideal for decorative glass, branded elements, office partitions, signage, and architectural features requiring long-term durability.
Back-painted glass provides a clean, modern appearance with color applied to the rear surface of the glass.
