Clearlight Glass and Mirror is seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure minimal downtime and safe, efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on production machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) as scheduled
- Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they occur
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems preferred
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus
- Ability to read manuals and basic technical documents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and detail-oriented
