Clearlight Glass & Mirror is seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating CNC machinery used in the fabrication of custom glass and mirror products, including cutting, drilling, edging, and polishing.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish glass products
• Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and specifications
• Set up and adjust machine settings as needed
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Safely handle and move glass materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous CNC or machine operation experience preferred
• Experience in glass fabrication is a plus
• Ability to read measurements and basic drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic mechanical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
